A stylish beer that requires a complex brewing process that is well suited to a malty beer with subtle hoppiness.

After about one week of fermentation, one can use a cold maturation of 2 to 3 weeks at temperatures of 5°C or less.

After bottling, this beer can be left in a cellar for a month or two which permits it to develop malty aromas.
