Our Hops

Hops are demanding plants that require careful attention throughout the vegetative period. Hops producers in Alsace have several centuries of experience behind them that has been passed down through the generations. For these producers, the word quality is not a cliché: we find proof of a quality conscious approach in the absence of disease in the hops flowers; in the cleanliness practiced during harvest; in the great care given during hopsdrying; and in the color. These are all standards that brewers have a right to insist on.
