Like this Mistral from the Alsatian cooperative CopHoudal, the aromas are diverse, with a pleasant hint of tea on the first sip. A hop variety to watch.

I want to also recommend a very interesting Caramel Rye Malt, by Briess, a malt supplier well-known by brewers. Used in a Porter, it brings out quite surprising peppery caramel notes...
