HOP France Gold Partner of COPA CERVEZAS DE AMERICA 2022 in Valdivia (Chile)

As part of the continued construction of its commercial strategy in South America, HOP France, represented by Philippe MARTIN and Antoine WUCHNER, was Gold Partner of the COPA CERVEZAS DE AMERICA which was held from October 23 to 29, 2022 in Valdivia, Chile, with the support of their local distributor GECORP.

HOP France was first involved in the beer competition, Philippe MARTIN intervening as a judge in the competition which brought together many categories and South American breweries.

HOP France took part in numerous exchanges between brewers and local hop producers to present its varieties ARAMIS, BARBE ROUGE, MISTRAL and ELIXIR.

The joint HOP FRANCE / GECORP booth was the meeting point for the many participants and French hops were presented and two French beers were tasted:

• HOPSTAR Cold IPA from METEOR Brewery – STRISSELSPALT and MISTRAL
• OUTIL cold IPA from PERLE Brewery – single hop ELIXIR

We were also able to present the "french hop challenge", organized by GECORP, allowing the brewer who so wished to obtain samples of hops to make a Lager with French hops.

A conference "Unique Hop for unique Beers" was held by Philippe MARTIN and Antoine WUCHNER, presenting the Alsatian know-how.

The week ended with the presentation of prizes to the winners and support for COPA CERVEZAS DE AMERICA
