" I judged the Best of Show round, so I got to taste the IPL that Greed Brewing made that won the gold medal. I was impressed by the aroma intensity of the beer. I believe it had Mistral and Barbe Rouge, and I thought the floral components, especially on the nose, were bright, clarion, and very pleasant. I would love to know what their hop schedule looked like, because I'd love to try and create something similar to it using those hops! It was a very lovely beer that conveyed the excellent aroma potential of French hops in modern styles."
