Nick FLOYD, founder of the 3 Floyds brewery, and Chris BOGGESS, his master brewer, visited the Comptoir Agricole in October 2016.
After visiting a hop grower, they had the opportunity to take part in "sniff" tests on the freshly harvested hops with Francis HEITZ.
Their interest focused on new hops MISTRAL and BARBE ROUGE, which are expected to be used in brews this year already, with a possibility of a contract from next year onwards.
We can't wait to taste the result ... with moderation, of course.
