Features of Perle | Strisselspalt Hop

Perle,   blonde

Perle Blonde is made using the same recipe that was used by my brewer ancestors. The Alsace hop variety Strisselspalt confers its elegant bouquet to this beer.

It is yellow, golden, clear, and bright, with sweet odors of malted cereals, herby and floral notes and a sustained finish.

Blond yet amber, it packs a 5.4° alcohol punch.

Well-balanced and fresh. Thirst quenching with elegance, seduction, and conviction.

Christian Arztner, whose great-grandfather, Pierre Hoffel, founded  the Artzner brewery in Schiltigheim (on the outskirts of Strasbourg, Alsace) in 1882, had fun reviving the brand, following years of studying brewing seriously. His venture created happy visions in the imagination of the Strasbourgeous.

To cut a long story short, Christian now has the beer brewed in the Black Forest, having been unable find a brewing premises in Alsace. What’s essential, however, is that product is of high quality and the brand has been revived.
